By accessing or using the Kawallet services provided by Kawallet Tech Uganda Limited ("Kawallet"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Kawallet provides a mobile application allowing parents to make cashless transactions for their children in boarding schools, facilitating secure money transfers, and enabling students to use the application for various services.
To use Kawallet services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Your use of Kawallet services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
All content included in or made available through Kawallet, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Kawallet or its content suppliers.
Kawallet reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time for any reason. Termination may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
Kawallet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Kawallet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
