Kawallet Terms of Use

  1. Acceptance of Terms:
  2. By accessing or using the Kawallet services provided by Kawallet Tech Uganda Limited ("Kawallet"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  3. Description of Services:
  4. Kawallet provides a mobile application allowing parents to make cashless transactions for their children in boarding schools, facilitating secure money transfers, and enabling students to use the application for various services.

  5. User Registration:
  6. To use Kawallet services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  7. Use of Services:
    1. You agree to use Kawallet services only for lawful purposes.
    2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
    3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  8. Privacy Policy:
  9. Your use of Kawallet services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

  10. User Conduct:
    • You agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the services.
    • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the services.
    • You agree not to engage in any activity that infringes on the rights of others.
  11. Intellectual Property:
  12. All content included in or made available through Kawallet, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Kawallet or its content suppliers.

  13. Termination of Services:
  14. Kawallet reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time for any reason. Termination may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

  15. Limitation of Liability:
  16. Kawallet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

  17. Changes to Terms of Use:
  18. Kawallet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

  19. Governing Law:
  20. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
